Apostle Dr. Debra Allen

An educator by profession, Apostle Dr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in higher education teaching and administration. She is a motivational speaker, visionary, facilitator, grant writer, church planter, businesswoman, and nonprofit leader. As an apostle and church planter, she provides oversight to ministries in Florida and Georgia. Through her business, Strategic Resources and Solutions, Apostle Allen conducts seminars in grant writing, leadership development, church governance, and church management. Her greatest love is the study and teaching of the Word of God and imparting that love to her students. She is the author of the book, Forty Days of Prayer Thy Will Be Done and Reach Destiny Awaits.

About Us

New Hope World Outreach (NHWO) is a spirit-filled, multicultural, nondenominational church founded by Apostle Dr. Debra A. Allen under the direction of the Holy Spirit. We are one church in multiple locations. New Hope World Outreach, Inc. is a faith-based, IRS recognized 501(c (3), nonprofit organization established to provide “hope to hurting people.” As a nonprofit, the goals are to assist individuals, the community, and church in becoming self-sufficient and to promote continuous and positive self-improvement through education, social services, and outreach activities. We provide programs and services to help those in need. The programs nd services provided by New Hope World Outreach focus on youth, homeless, and education.
