Apostle Dr. Debra Allen is the CEO/Founder of New Hope World Outreach, Inc. and CEO of Debra Allen Ministries and Destiny Christian University in Florida.  She is a native of El Dorado, Arkansas and spent the majority of her adult years in Blytheville, Arkansas prior to moving to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1995.

An educator by profession, Dr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in higher education teaching and administration. Over the years, she has been instrumental in establishing educational institutions including Destiny Christian University, an outreach of New Hope World Outreach. 

Dr. Allen is a motivational speaker, visionary, facilitator, grant writer, and nonprofit leader. Through her business, Strategic Resources and Solutions, she conducts seminars in grant writing, leadership development, building relationships, church governance and church management.  Her greatest love is the study and teaching of the Word of God.  She moves mightily in the areas of intercessory prayer and deliverance and loves teaching others on these topics.

She is the author of the book, Forty Days of Prayer Thy Will Be Done.  The book is filled with inspirational messages to help one grow in his or her prayer life and relationship with God.    It is a journey designed to lead the reader through discovery and/or renewed confidence in the fact that God does answer prayer.  Through teachings on faith, trust, obedience and seeking God, the book challenges each person to apply the principles learned to a daily life of prayer

Added to Dr. Allen's accomplishments in life are two beautiful daughters, Dr. Stephanie Jones, a veterinarian in Ft. Lauderdale and Dr. Chandria Jones, a Senior Research Analyst for Westat in Rockville, Maryland. Also, Dr. Allen is raising her niece, Diondra.
